At our bakery, every item on the menu is 100% plant-based, primarily organic, and always fair-trade and sustainably sourced.
When my husband and I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, we found ourselves missing one thing above all: crisp, flaky pastry. We were determined to create pastries that honored traditional methods while using only plant-based ingredients. After countless trials and refinements, we finally perfected a recipe using plant-based butter that is truly indistinguishable from its animal-butter counterpart. Since opening our doors in May 2021, it has been a genuine joy to offer delicious, cruelty-free pastries to everyone, those embracing a plant-based diet, and non-plant-based individuals alike, without any compromise on quality. Our goal is to challenge expectations and prove that exceptional pastry can be enjoyed by all.
Beyond our signature pastries, we have a passion for American-style cookies and freshly made focaccia, crafted with the freshest ingredients and a commitment to paying our farmers fair wages.
